The calendar is a bit tricky to look at. If it looks like a Saturday is fully reserved and blocked out in red, it is only because the program will not show it as a half day!

Summer 2024 calendar is open for bookings!
Rate for 2024 – $2,300/week (same since 2022!)
Thank you for your interest and we’re sorry if your dates are already booked. The calendar filled up so quickly with everyone thinking and planning ahead.
Booking Season for 2024 is June 8th – Sept 28th. Weekly only. (Sat – Sat)
Our “OFF / CLOSED SEASON” is officially Sept 23, 2023 to June 8, 2024.
*Weekly Rentals Only* – from Saturday to Saturday
All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates include linens and cleaning.
Each rental requires a $200 Security Deposit, plus an additional 4% Yates County tax.
