The calendar is a bit tricky to look at. If it looks like a Saturday is fully reserved and blocked out in red, it is only because the program will not show it as a half day!

Rate for 2026 – $2,300/week (same since 2022!)
Thank you for your interest and we’re sorry if your dates are already booked. The calendar filled up so quickly with everyone thinking and planning ahead. 2026 is especially challenging with July 4th on a Saturday and it being our 250th birthday!
Booking Season for 2026 is June 6th – Sept 5th. Weekly only. (Sat – Sat)
Our “OFF / CLOSED SEASON” is officially Sept – May 2026.
*Weekly Rentals Only* – from Saturday to Saturday
All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates include linens and cleaning.
Each rental requires a $200 Security Deposit, plus an additional 4% Yates County tax.
