Enjoy lake living in this lovely cottage located on the eastern shores of Keuka Lake.

Enter the home at road level, where a hallway takes you to the first of two bedroom suites. This tastefully decorated room provides sleeping for four with a double bed and a double futon. Plenty of windows make sure you are always able to enjoy the view from this level, and the subtle greens and blues of the room decor blend smoothly with the outdoors. Is a rainy day keeping you inside? Snuggle up on the futon or in the wicker chair with comfortable cushions and enjoy a movie on the television set.

A spiral staircase tucked in the corner will take you down to the kitchen and dining area. Dining seating for six and glass sliding doors to the lake view porch with Adirondack chairs make this a comfortable area for friends and family to congregate. You will also find a full bathroom with shower on this level, as well as a washer and dryer set conveniently tucked into a closet.

Stairs leading to the lower level bring you to the second bedroom suite, freshly decorated right out of the pages of Cottage Living. You will enjoy relaxing in this room with yellow painted wainscoting walls, slate floors, ceiling fan, a tasteful mix of new and antique furniture and decor, and glass sliding doors to the lakeside porch. Grab one of the books from the shelf and relax in the wicker seating area with plush cushions and pillows or work on your postcards or journal from the picnic table with the great lake views. You will also find a television in this room, allowing you to keep up on your favorite show.

Seven steps down is the natural gravel beach, allowing you to wade in just as slowly as you'd like. The 40 foot dock is the perfect spot to work on your tan or dip your toes in the water. Be sure to bring your marshmallows for toasting over the small stone firepit tucked along the beach.

The interior of this home has been completely renovated and you will find subtle hints throughout reminding you of what your vacation is all about - relaxing and having fun.
